This pan is great for sample sizes. I own a new bakery and I use these pans in a set of 3, and call it my "Sampler." Customers can choose any 3 of my custom cakes to sample in this small portion.
QUESTION Is this pan straight-sided, or does it flare out? From the picture, it looks like it does flare; I am looking for a straight-side pan. Thanks for any information.
