I have a Mary Proctor ironing board purchased between 1962-1964 that had rubber roller caps. All 4 have deteriorated. I need a cap to fit over the exposed metal. The inside measurement of the hole is 1 3/8" and the outside measures 1 5/8". Will this cap fit and if not, do you have any suggestions as to where I can get replacement caps?
