This manufacturer doesn't have smaller pasta cutter blades.

I see that this has .06" vermicelli and .25"fettuccine settings. Does it also have the modes for just flattening the dough in one big piece and not in noodle strands of varying thicknesses? If not does it have attachments that can be bought?

I am more interested in making sheets. How wide are the sheets and how many thickness options does this machine offer? Thanks!
Answer:
Hello, the machine itself has a 5" width so the sheets will be slightly smaller than that. It has a side turner which brings the rollers in or out for varying thicknesses. Thank you! |
