Question:

I have a Hot Dog Cart and was wondering if the Cambro Clear Camware would work for my set up. I have two 1/2 size pans that sit inside a spillage pan that is heated over propane burner. I need hinged lids for these pans and want to make sure that these will not melt if I use them.

Answer:

Hi. For heat applications, you'll need the High Heat version of this lid. It is item #162323. It also comes in a notched version, item #104846. Thanks!
