How long is the stem on this thermometer? I need one for Deep Turkey Fryer.
Answer:
Hi. The stem is 7 inches. Note that this thermometer goes up to 220 degrees F and is intended for preparing steamed milk. Item #113238 has a 12" stem and is great for fryers. If you search our site for fry thermometer, you'll find many more. |
