QUESTION
I need a replacement for my easy onion slicer and I think its 3/16 since we use it for onion slices on a hamburger and need to fairly thin. It the 56539-1 a two piece blade assembly. I am unable to tell based on the picture. My model is 56750-1 and it has two square blade units that slides down on the two bars. Does it make any difference which one of the two goes on first? thanks, karen

This NEMCO blade assembly is for the Easy Onion Slicer 2, model 56750-1. It does make 3/16" slices. This blade assembly is a 2 tier system, and it does not matter which one goes on first.
