My wife and I discovered this knife in a steak house in Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. It is the perfect steak knife! The weight, the feel, the design, the edge, all are spectacular. It seems as though the knife cuts by itself. Without pressure -- totally coordinated. Perfect! When I got home I immediately ordered a dozen. The set is also a perfect (!) gift at a perfect price even when they're not on sale. You'll never be disappointed with this knife and neither will your guests or your family. I use them only at home for special people.
