Blodgett Gas Convection Mini Rotating Rack Bakery Oven w/ Stand

The Blodgett XRG-8 mini-rack oven does the work of a full size rotating rack oven. The proven in-shot burner technology saves on energy costs. The eight (8) rotating pan rack and unique airflow system ensure even baking every time. The internal steam system is perfect for baking bagels and artesian breads. The oven racks can be easily adjusted and are removable for dishwasher cleaning.
