QUESTION
Does this product have a ceramic baking bottom or stone to peel off artisan breads onto?
Also is this item capable of baking custard type pies , soufles ,etc?

Hello, this product is intended to hold (8) 18" x 26" pans and does not have a ceramic baking bottom. It is intended to be used more with hearty breads and bagels, but it could possibly work for pies and other food items. A souffle may be too delicate for this oven. Thank you!
