For serving, transporting and storing food all in one unit, use this clear, 2-1/2" high 1/4 size food pan made of virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate. This pan will not crack, bend or dent, and it withstands temperatures from -40°F to 210°F, making it good for both hot and cold food.
