Description

The APW Wyott EF-30 30 lb. countertop fryer is ideal for medium volume batch frying in your kitchen or concession stand. It's powerful enough to cook sixty pounds of potatoes in one hour! The 30 lb. countertop fryer has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 200° to 400°F. The fryer's coils reach your ideal frying temperature fast and recover quickly between batches. An indicator light lets the operator know when the fryer is ready for the next batch of French fries, onion rings, or any other fried treat. Made of durable stainless steel, the exterior of the fryer wipes clean and a one-piece stainless steel lift-out tank allows for easy cleaning. The EF-30 comes with two full size nickel-plated baskets. This unit requires hard wiring; it does not come with a cord and plug. You choose the voltage.

QUESTION
where do you put the cooking oil? it looks like you put the oil on top of the heating elements. if you could show me a picture of where the oil goes. Maybe I would consider buying it. then I may consider
