Vollrath Hvy Duty S/S Tapered 7 qt Sauce Pan w/ TriVent Plated Handle

Purchased this for cheesemaking. When it arrived, I was concerned because it seemed thin; however, it is a sturdy stainless steel pan that does what I need-hold 1 gal+ of milk. The handle stays reasonably cool, and with its length, provides the leverage to be able to easily pick up the pan when full. Definitely worth the price!
