I cannot find a replacement for my favorite Traex 67013 rubber spatula which is a critical part of my bread-making process. I wonder if this is as flexible, as large, and as strong for scraping and turning (folding) large wet bread dough gently but effectively in stainless steel bowls. Other long handled spatulas have broken at the junction of handle and scraper.
Hi. This one is about the same length (about 13") and has a contoured flexible blade that works well with any shape container. I've heard that this is great for professional use because of the large blade.

I am looking for a spatula that is sealed at the base of the blade and handle.
I prevents germ growth that gets into the area that the handles attaches to the top part (blade of spatula).
