Question:

I am thinking of purchasing the vollrath high heat spatula since it says high heat I am assuming that this product can be use directly on the stove or emurse in boiling water

Hello, this spatula can withstand heat up to 500 degrees F. It can be used in boiling water and near hot kitchen equipment, as long as it does not exceed that temperature. Thank you!
