We are pleased to announce that Cathy King, Executive Vice President of Sales here at The Wasserstrom Company, has been invited to join the National Restaurant Association’s (NRA) Supply Chain Expert Exchange.

This advisory board is a group recognized for its education and information exchange relative to supply chain best practices. Now, she will share her expertise on supply chain dynamics, market trends, customer needs, and other industry complexities related to smallwares distribution.

Currently, the Supply Chain Expert Exchange is working on developing the NRA’s supply chain certification program with the inclusion of more educational resources to support participants. The educational programs they offer aim to enhance their members’ understanding of supply chains, encourage the pursuit of restaurant supply chain management as a career, and promote ethical behavior and practices among supply chain professionals throughout the foodservice sector.

If you would like to learn more about the Supply Chain Expert Exchange, consider attending their spring conference on May 15-16 in Chicago, conveniently scheduled days before the National Restaurant Association Show begins. With an agenda developed by our industry leaders, this is the only conference created by and for restaurant supply chain professionals.

The Wasserstrom Company is proud to support Cathy King in her new advisory role. We look forward to the positive impact her contributions will have on the industry.
