Exciting news! Wasserstrom is expanding its operations in Arizona at the Wasserstrom Phoenix Distribution Center.
The facility is undergoing a 77,730 square foot expansion, transforming the location from a smallwares-only facility into a dual-purpose hub capable of distributing heavy foodservice equipment alongside traditional smallwares.
The physical expansion allows Wasserstrom to optimize supply chains and reduce delivery times for customers across the Southwest and Coastal regions by providing an additional shipping point for commercial kitchen equipment.
Wasserstrom will occupy 41,200 square feet of the newly constructed space to house inventory and manage the technical logistics of large-scale equipment distribution. The remaining 36,530 square feet will be leased to commercial tenants via the company’s real estate division, maximizing the utility of the property and opening doors for additional business operations in the area until Wasserstrom grows into that space as well.
This logistics hub is built to scale alongside the changing demands of the foodservice market. It positions us to absorb future volume increases and adapt to changing industry requirements, establishing a foundation for sustained growth.
