I have 1 Tramontina knife-a bread knife- it is always sharp, it is shiny, and it never get rust on it. almost every other brand I have bought gets rusty. WHY? Is it the KIND of metal or what? I want a sharp set of knives like the bread knife I have, with NO problem with rust. Is this 15 piece knife block set what I want?
