This 10" fry pan features heavy gauge aluminum construction and a PowerCoat2™ dual‐layer, ceramic‐reinforced non‐stick coating that is 250% more durable than before. It also has a silicone handle that is rated up to 450°F, with a special vented design that prevents heat transfer from the pan to the handle and an ergonomic shape that reduces user stress and fatigue. In compliance with California HB1200, Vollrath has notified us that this product contains 10978-1 7343 / D7505Z PEWTER TOP COAT 23021-1 7142 / D9026Z BLUE PRIMER.
