The black pieces that keep the lid on the unit have busted and now the entire lid can just fall off. We ordered the rubber bumper thinking this will solve the problem but its not the part were looking for. We need the black joint piece that the lid attaches too. How can we find this and order? Your help is much appreciated.

QUESTION
The screw for the handle has fallen out and needs to be replaced. Please let us know what size the screw is so we can replace.
ANSWER
Spring USA recommends going to a local hardware store and asking for Stainless steel M4x10 screw and a stainless-steel lock washer for M4 screw as well if that one is lost. Each handle requires 2 screws.

QUESTION
We have two of these. One of servers is causing an error when placed on the induction top. We know its the server because we can trade out with the second server. Wherever the defective(?)one sits, the cooktop errors out.
Occasionally, if we move the server in question to the front corner of one of our cooktops, it will "read," then we can move it slowly back to center and it will stay on without error.
Any idea what could cause this?

The rubber plug on the lid of the Spring USA® 2372-6/36 4 Qt. Sauteuse Buffet Server with Chrome broke, so now is just a hole on the lid the satem is scaping ( food not staing at the right temperature) how can i get this fix.
