Server Express multiples are constructed of a brush finish stainless steel base and lid with surgical‐quality plastic pumps. Dispensing levers are black polypropylene. The capacity is 1‐1/2 gallons per pouch and the pumps yields 1 oz per stroke with portion control to reduce the yield in 1/4 oz. increments. The Server Express exclusively uses Cryovac pouches with 16mm fitment and achieves up to 98% evacuation. NOTE: Unit should NOT be used for bag of Nacho Cheese. Intended for non‐potentially hazardous product, served at ambient temperature. Aseptically packaged cheese (shelf‐stable) is not generally available in 1.5 gallon pouch with 16mm fitment.
