QUESTION
I am looking for a quality food mill that will separate tomato skin and seeds from the pulp for making salsas and sauces. Will this mill perform well for that? Thanks.

QUESTION
Is this the same exact mill as the Louis Tellier Moulin N3?

ANSWER
This JB Prince French food mill has three disc-shaped graters, in 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, and 4.0 mm sizes. The Louis Teller Moulin N3 has perforated holes that are 1.5, 2.5 and 4 mm depending the grid. The diameter of the grid is 14 cm. It looks like that are very similar. Hope this helps!

Not JB Prince. What came was a “Louis Tellier” brand, and very similar food mill. Problem being is that you can get an identical LT food mill for about $100. Very, very disappointed.
