are these disposable or can they be washed and kept...dishwasher safe???? I have the ones from Joe's Crab Shack and love them, use over and over

We use this item for Sno Crab Legs, which we feature on a buffet. Without the sheller, customers tend to use their forks to split the crab legs and inevitably ruin the forks. In that respect, the sheller is wonderful. The problem I have with the sheller is that the top tends to break after a few uses.
