- 3004 aluminum core provides even heat on bottom of pan and side walls
- Silicone handle is rated at 450° F

- Please Note ‐ Vollrath has moved to a 2 rivet system for the Tribute pan handles. There is a lifetime warranty on rivet attachment. The two rivet system is far easier to clean.
