Vollrath® 74110110 Mirage® 11 Quart Induction Rethermalizer

This Mirage® induction ready rethermalizer transfer heat directly to inset, which eliminates the need to monitor and refill water levels. This unit saves water and energy. It has easy to ready digital controls, including a Stir Indicator that alerts you when the food product needs to be stirred. It also has a locking feature that helps prevent accidental change of setting. The 800 watt induction coils heat food evenly and temperature setting help keep food from burning.
