QUESTION
Can this hold hot liquid? I need something to control the amount of filling in my mini pecan pies. 3 ounces is perfect. If this can handle 165 degree pecan goo, i definitely need it!

I am looking for a product for ketchup and mustard would this work or can you recommend an item that will.

ANSWER
The Batter Boss can dispense pancake, waffle, hush puppy batters or pizza sauce, so it could be used for ketchup. You can dispense either 1, 2, or 3 ounces at a time. You could also try the FIFO PP16-3 Portion Pal that is designed for portion control of sauces and condiments. It can dispense either 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, or 1 ounce at a time. This dispenser is Wasserstrom Item #: 6020681. Hope this helps.

What is your return policy? I'm pretty sure this product will work for what I am doing (dispensing juice) but won't know until I try it out. Thanks, Ryan

QUESTION
We purchased a Traex® 2803-18 Batter Boss® Portion Control Dispenser w/ Legs about a year ago. We do monthly pancake breakfasts as a fundraiser for our organization. The rubber dispenser disk leaks, so we have to set it on a plate and it makes a mess I need to replace the black rubber dispenser disk. Is it possible to do so thanks Dan I just sent you this email and I think I quoted the wrong dispenser. Our dispenser holds about two quarts thanks again Dan Malmborg

This has 8 settings to dispense an amount between 1-3 ounces. This will work great with condiments too. Thank you.

I love this. It holds more batter than most products like this and it doesn't drip at all. A little pricey, but very well made. It's been perfect for our monthly church pancake breakfast.
