Would this be useful to cube fresh Gilbani mozzarella? I need 3/8" cubes to save time slicing mozz for topping on our wood-fired pizzas or do you recommend using a different product?

How do you clean it? Is it dishwasher safe?
ANSWER
Hello, full cleaning instructions can be found in the Manual under the Literature tab for the product. This product is not dishwasher safe, and should be washed with warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly, and then air dried. Alkaline cleaners cannot be used with this product. A brush is provided to help clean the wires. Thank you!
