Hello,
I am looking for a commercial juicer that can efficiently jive up to 60 liters of citrus per week. I've heard good things about this particular juicer but am concerned about cleaning it in between citruses to avoid cross-'contaminating' in terms of residual citrus oil. How many parts can be taken apart to clean it thoroughly and how easy is it to reset?
Also, replacement parts is a concern. If there needs to be a part replaced, how can we go about doing so in a timely manner?

ANSWER
The items that you would need to remove are the dome (10A), spout (10B), strainer (04A) and the extracting bulbs (02R); these parts are dishwasher safe. These parts are easy to put back on.The chrome part of the juicer can easily be wiped down with warm soapy water. If you have the model and serial number of the juicer, you can contact Wasserstrom customer service at 1-866-634-8927 for help ordering the parts you need. Thanks!

Does the operator of the machine have to manually press down on the citrus to receive juice? How is the juice received?

Instructions from the manufacturer:
Grasp the citrus half about 3/4 of the way down from the top of the fruit. Hold firmly on rotating extracting bulb, until all juice is extracted. The juice is received out the spout. Thank you.
