This Hatco® Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer features the combination of pre-focused top infrared heating plus a thermostatically controlled heated base to extend food holding times. The top heater is designed to direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heating loss is the greatest, preventing some food items from getting cold, while the base can be set to anywhere between 80°F - 200°F, giving you more precise control over food temperatures. This buffet warmer also includes a breath guard to help keep things sanitary.
