What is the puncture resistance of this product? We have mechanics that routinely have to use hammers to disassemble equipment and occasional metal shards will fly off and go through their shirts, embedding in their skin. This apron provides protection against oils and hot liquids but it's the puncture resistance to these metal shards I am concerned about.

Hi, this apron was designed to protect users from burn injuries from splattering oils, hot liquids, steam and hot equipment. It was not designed to protect users from metal shards and may not provide full protection for that.
