Can I set multiple pre-sets? Meaning I want to use it for appointment: 15/30/45 mnts and just select them from the memory instead of adding the minutes manually
ANSWER
Hello, according to the manufacturer, this product will not program multiple presets. You will need a multiple channel timer to be able to do this. The manufacturer does not currently have a product that will do this. We do currently carry other options however - a search for "channel timer" will bring these up. Thank you!

How do I turn it from a 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock
ANSWER
Hi, this clock can be changed to a 12 hour clock by sliding the switch to “Clock” position, then press and hold the “Clear” button for about 1 second to change 12 Hour mode to 24 Hour mode or vice versa. Thank you.
