Description

If you do not have space for a full‐size kettle, you can still benefit from this smaller 6 gallon electric tilting kettle from Cleveland Range. This kettle has two three‐gallon kettles, and has many of the features a full size kettle. This kettle features sealed steam jackets filled with treated water, so there is no need to refill of empty. It has precise, solid‐state temperature controls and the ability to cook two different products at the same time increasing productivity.

Solid state water level control (no sight glass gauge to break or leak)
Splash proof element cover with a double gasket seal
Self locking marine type tilting mechanism prevents accidental spills

How do you set the temperature controller

ANSWER
This Cleveland steam kettle has an adjustable temperature control dial. You can set the temperature from 145 degrees to 26 degrees F (63 degrees C to 127 degrees C).

QUESTION
What amp breaker does this need to be on?

ANSWER
This kettle is 208-240 volts, 60 Hz, single phase, 2-wire. The amps are 59 at 208V and 68.1 at 240V. Hope this helps.
