QUESTION
Is parts list and parts for model 100001 availible? such as piston gasketing (if any), as we are replaceing a much bigger air powered unit here in our catering kitchen as we do not do hundreds of fillings of pastery in a given day and piston filler mentioned was always needing service due to dry gaskets every few months $$$! also how about spare injector tips for machine?

Hi. All the adjusting pins are listed in the "parts" tab of this product page. The piston assembly is item #693088. The gasket doesn't appear to be sold separately from the piston assembly. The nozzle is item #479558 . Thanks!

may I know will this be able to pump the custard into the cream puff? as in a custard injector? Thanks.

After speaking with the manufacturer it should but it depends on how thick the custard is.
