This paper dispenser / cutter from Bulman delivers an even, serrated cut using either side of the double-edged blade. It smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher, Kraft and gift wrapping paper. Changing the roll is simple with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into the open position. This paper dispenser / cutter mounts on a wall for space saving and convenience. It can hold up to a 9" diameter roll and is finished in a light gray powder coat. Perfect for use in butcher shops, markets or grocery stores.
