Are different cylinders available for this model? If so how much do they cost?

Will that work well for hard cheeses?
The Zyliss seems to have smaller holes to grate finer.
Is there one that would work better for grating parmesan?
Hello, yes, this cheese grater works with a variety of cheeses. Other options in this style would be 136426, 126919, and 108126. Thank you!

I have a (what looks like) a Browne foodservice 746607 Stainless Rotary Grater
however the only marking on the device says Cuisipro.
I've had it for awhile - but soon after I began using it one of the plastic rings broke - a piece chipped away making it useless. Is it possible to obtain a replacement plastic ring?
Thanks for your response,

The product description on Amazon says this is 18/10 stainless steel. I just received the product today and it doesn't state that anywhere on the box or the product itself. Can you confirm this is actually 18/10 stainless steel? Thanks.
The manufacturer states that the holder and handle is 18/8 stainless steel and the grating drum is 18/0 stainless steel. Thank you.
