This Alto-Shaam® Carving Station features a fixed lamp assembly that provides additional heat to the product surface for greater temperature control. It is designed to fit on top of a Halo Heat® Cook & Hold oven, a heated holding cabinet, or for placement on any surface.
- Proper and safe serving temperatures are maintained without additional cooking
- The heated surface is recessed to catch drippings
