QUESTION
Does this lid fit on the 3 gal. cardboard ice cream tubs that are now being used by most ice cream shops?

ANSWER
This lid will fit a 3 gallon (384 fl. oz.) ice cream tub. We cannot be sure is this is in use by most ice cream shops. If you could provide the brand and model number of the ice cream tub you use, we might be able to find a lid. Thanks!

How long are these lids intended to last? What is the coldest temperature that these lids can withstand?

These lids can withstand temperatures to -76 degrees. They are made to last for years and that will depend on if they are cared for properly. They are reusable and will resist freezer burn. Thanks!

do u recommend this product for soft serve ice cream?how long will it keep cold,and will it freezer burn?what temperature do u recommend on a Black and Decker 5cu. ft for this product?

Hello, This lid is for regular ice cream tubs and not recommended for soft serve. It doesn’t have any insulating properties as it is designed for storage use. I am very sorry but I’m unable to recommend a temperature for your Black and Decker freezer because we do not carry that product.
