These kettles are self‐contained, making them easy to install. All you need is an electric hook‐up. The steam jacket kettle is filled with treated water so no venting or refilling is needed. These kettles hold the vacuum better, so they will not leak or lose water. Made of stainless steel, so they are easy to clean.
