Wells MOD-200TDM S/S 2-Compartment Electric Food Warmer

This top-mount, drop-in hot food well from Wells is designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. It features two compartments that can accommodate 12" x 20" food pans or equivalent fractional pans. Constructed with stainless steel, this unit is fully insulated for energy efficiency. Each compartment has individual thermostatic controls and includes drain manifolds for easy maintenance. This unit is suitable for both wet and dry operation, with wet operation recommended for optimal results.
