This Vulcan IRX™ Infrared Charbroiler is made from stainless steel and has heavy-duty steel infrared emitter panels. It has an 11" x 25" cooking grid with three burners, providing 275 square inches of cooking area in each burner zone. It operates at an energy-efficient 22,000 BTU/hr, and has direct ignition piezo spark igniters. There is one high-range heat control valve for each burner, adjusted by the chrome control knobs. This charbroiler stands on 4" adjustable legs and has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
