This Vulcan Achiever Charbroiler provides durability and high performance in any commercial kitchen. It features a powerful 18,000 BTU/hr burner in each 6" broiler section, one infinite control manual gas valve, and standing pilot ignition system. The under burner deflector system reflects heat upwards, creating a cool zone in the grease drawer and drip areas.
