This Vulcan Kettle has an ellipsoidal design kettle bottom for superior heat transfer. It is made from stainless steel and has a spring assist hinged cover with a condensate ring and drop down life handle. It operates at 100,000 BTU/hr, with a 40 Gallon true working capacity. Controls include a power switch, power on light, solid state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low water light, and low water shut-off.
