This Vulcan HEG Series Griddle has a heavy-duty flat top design that is ideal for restaurant or industrial use. It has a 1/2" thick plate and its thermostat can adjust from 200°F to 450°F. This griddle has tapered side splashes and a 3.5" wide front grease trough, which empties into a large capacity grease drawer.
