True® pizza prep tables are environmentally friendly and NSF approved. The refrigerated compartment uses R290 Hydrocarbon forced‐air refrigeration system and polyureythane insulation. This pizza table includes a set of NSF approved, polycarbonate insert pans for the condiment rail. There is a large working area with a polyethylene cutting board that is sanitary and easy to clean. These pizza tables provide the perfect place to prepare pizzas quickly and ‐efficiently.
