All True® prep tables are NSF compliant for food safety and environmentally friendly. This unit has a 34" high countertop to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The stainless steel countertop comes complete with 16 condiment pans to keep all ingredients at your finger tips so sandwiches or salads can be prepared quickly. An insulated stainless steel lid and hood keeps pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation.
