This prep table includes a full set of 10 NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans. Ecomate insulation and insulated pan covers keep ingredients ready to use. The interior has NSF approved aluminum sides and top. Doors swing open to 90° and have a self closing feature and recessed handles.
