This prep table comes with a set of 8 NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans. Ecomate insulation and insulated pan covers keep ingredients cold and fresh. The interior has NSF approved aluminum sides and top. Doors swing open to 90° and have a self closing feature and recessed handles.
