It comes with SmartScan® technology and provides protection against over and under voltage, is abke to recognize pan size and type, and has a large, easy to read LED display for power and temperature settings. This Spring USA® MAX Induction™ drop‐in warmer has a Low (145‐155°F), Low‐Medium (156‐165°F), Medium‐High (166‐175°F), and High (176‐185°F)temperature ranges.
