It is a great way to deal with food waste in a restaurant or any food service business. The water-cooled motor runs cooler than a fan cooled motor and is more energy efficient. The large mixing chamber provides a better waste to water ratio and can save you money. Salvajor adaptor kits will allow you to replace any other disposer on the market.
