This full size convection oven is ideal for use in busy restaurants. It is constructed of durable stainless steel and features a porcelain lined interior with seamless corners that is easy to clean. This oven operates with a forced air, two speed fan motor system with a cool down feature and a 60 minute continuous timer with manual shut‐off.
