This Hoshizaki 98" refrigerated prep table is made using stainless steel that is easy to clean and helps you maintain a sanitary workspace. It can hold up to 1500 pounds of equipment and each drawer holds three 12" x 20" food pans filled with ingredients. It also features automatic time‐initiated heated defrost.
