This Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ Pass-Thru Hot Cabinet is fully insulated and can keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. It maintains the right combination of heat and humidity and heats up to 200°F. The AquaTemp™ system maintains optimum food texture. The cabinet is made from stainless steel and has smooth interior corners to prevent buildup. This cabinet is finished with field reversible insulated Dutch doors, and heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
